You're coming to the wedding of

Ria & Akshay

RAAS Devigarh, Udaipur, Rajasthan

26 to 29 November 2026

We can't wait to have you there. Please share a few details so we can plan your stay, your meals and your travel. It takes about 5 minutes.

Travelling from outside India?

Most guests need two things before they fly. Both are done online and take about 20 minutes each.

  1. Get your e-Visa

Apply on the Indian government site only. Choose the e-Tourist Visa. Apply at least 4 days before you fly, but we suggest 4 to 6 weeks ahead so there is time to fix any problems.

    • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the day you land, with 2 blank pages.
    • You will upload a recent photo with a plain light background and a scan of your passport photo page.
    • Approval usually comes by email within 72 hours, but it can take longer in busy months. Print it and carry it with you.
    • The 30-day visa opens 30 days before arrival. The 1-year and 5-year visas can be applied for up to 120 days before.
  2. Fill in the e-Arrival card

This replaced the paper arrival card. It is free and must be done in the 72 hours before you land. One form can cover up to 5 people in a family. You will get a QR code by email to show at immigration.

    • For your first address in India, use your first hotel. If you are coming straight to the wedding, use RAAS Devigarh, Delwara, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313202.
  3. Carry these when you fly

    • Your passport (the same one you used for the e-Visa)
    • A printed copy of your e-Visa approval
    • Your e-Arrival QR code, on your phone or printed

Fly into a major airport such as Delhi or Mumbai, then take a short domestic flight to Udaipur. e-Visa holders must enter India through an approved airport, and both of these are on the list.

OCI card holders: you don't need a visa. Carry your OCI card and passport, and still fill in the e-Arrival card.

Indian passport holders: you don't need to do any of this.

Watch out for copycat sites. Only use sites ending in .gov.in. Other sites charge extra fees for the same form.

Stuck on any step? Message us on WhatsApp or email contact@mohrcelebrations.com and we will help.

Checked October 2026. Rules can change, so always follow what the official site says. Some passports (for example Pakistani passports) can't use the e-Visa and need a regular visa from an Indian embassy, so start early.
